I have this adult trike, and it is just a one-speed. It is fairly easy to ride, but you don't turn like you would on an ordinary bike. Keep the tires fully inflated, and it is quite easy to pedal, even on sl. incline.

Nice for cruiseing the neighborhood. Very sturdy and stable, Great for people with balance or stamina issues.
The rear brake is not good enough to stop bike in a hurry.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt. the box was torn up pretty bad. The bike was not damaged however a few bolts were missing.
