I purchased this for a specific trip that I was taking with my 2 year old. Just her and I were taking several flights over a couple weeks, and I read great reviews about this (also saw this on toys r us)
The real story;
with a child in the seat, it is heavy, and difficult to change into a stroller without a lot of muscle and bruised right forearm. After a week of this, my forearm was really bruised and was embarrassing.
It was easier to change into a seat, but does not seem very safe in a car. Good for airplane seat.
It is durable. If they manufacturer could figure out how to make it possible to transform this without having to lift it off the ground, I was completely endore this.
I think someone shorter than myself (5'4") would have a very difficult time getting this changed into a stoller due to the length of your arm stretch required.
I like it overall, but think you should try not to change it with baby/toddler inside, and it should really be used with LATCH system in car.
This was helpful in airport, and to take into taxis. I would recommend, but watch your forearms and your back when lifting!!!
