As a working mother intent on breastfeeding her infant for as long as possible, Jan Childress designed a tote bag to carry her breastpump and a separate insulated bag with reusable ice pack to care for the expressed milk until she arrived home. She marketed the Express bag to other working moms. The insulated tote was marketed individually as the DuffleCOOL and sales increased rapidly. Jan worked tirelessly around her babies' schedules to design and market additional products to meet the needs of today's active parents. We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
