Providing convenience, comfort, and value to growing families. Cosco, a leading manufacturer of juvenile products and home/office furnishings, was originally established as the Columbus Specialty Company in 1935. Although it initially only produced metal matchboxes that held large wood matches, the company soon expanded its line to include various tinware items such as dustpans, breadboxes and sugar canisters.
The Cosco brand name – a blend of COlumbus Specialty COmpany – was put into effect in 1941. While the company manufactured military equipment during the war, it developed the first full line of patented, all-metal household stools and an all-metal high chair – the first in an ever-expanding line of Cosco juvenile products – near the end of the decade.

Comments about Cosco Juvenile Altura Stroller:
The parent drink holder only has 1 place for adult size cups and 2 bottle sized places. I was under the impression that you could store 3 adults sized cups. Tha major feature I dislike is the childs tray/drink holder it doesn't swivel away from child, it clips on and off completley so that you need to remove it to get child in and out. Major Pain! Everything else is excellent, easiest to colapse by far and absolutley love the colors.

I bought this stroller to use for traveling with my six month old because I didn't want to ruin my expensive, bulky [...]. I was shocked to find that there are many things I liked about this stroller, better than the[...]! Like the huge storage basket underneath that actually catches my daughters toys when she drops them as we are walking! The easy to use sun shade with peek-a-boo window. All the cup holders and tray on top are very useful, but the holes are smaller than any drink or baby bottle I had. I still used the tray to store things. It folds up really easily, which was a plus at the airplane gate. It also fit through the security machine easily. It tolerated several bags and things hanging off of it. It also maneuvers easier (with one hand) and strolls through tighter spaces better than my [...]. I was impressed! The only negative thing I can say is that the seat doesn't fully recline. So don't use it for a newborn. And you must use the seat belt always, because there is not a bar between the legs to keep the baby in the seat. The crazy bright colors made it so easy to find each other and the stroller in a crowd. Well worth the price we paid. We plan on using it for may more vacations.

I had been looking online for a stroller for my daughter. I needed and extra one for the baby sitter since they go on walks. I wanted something lighweight, folds, sturdy and reclined. [...] I put it together myself with no problem. I opted not to put he child tray on just yet because my daugher was only 3 months and didn't need it. Now that it is winter she doesn't go out. So it is folded up at the sitters. The only thing that I am worried about is that the reclining function is operated by just straps. I guess I am used to my Graco that has metal clasp. I guess this is fine but we will see in a few months. I love the color its bright and very girly. [...]

Comments about Cosco Juvenile Altura Stroller:
I bought this stroller because it was a decent price, was really bright & colorful and had the parent cupholders. However, I sent it back and got a completely different brand. The right front wheel did not touch the ground and therefore was extremely difficult to make turns. The right front wheel would get stuck sideways when it did touch the ground and slide instead of roll. The backrest is very hard (not padded well) and to recline you have to undo the buckle release. You also have to completely remove the child tray to get them in and out of the seat. I was VERY disappointed with this product especially since it is so cute!
