The BOB Weather Shield is made of PVC-coated nylon with clear Mylar windows. The Weather Shield is ideal for keeping rain and chilly winds off of children, and the windows enable children to retain a clear view of the passing world. The seams are high frequency welded, making the weather shield waterproof. Vents are positioned to allow for proper airflow to your child while providing the protection from the elements.
