No one knows if The Hanging Gardens of Babylon really existed. According to legend, king Nebuchadnezzar II who lived more than two thousand years ago, built a garden in the sky. The gardens were supported by stone pillars and nurtured by water cascading from above, keeping the garden lush and green around the year.
